+Ancient server scholars tell that in the beginning, there was only Gapa, and Lobo. Lobos dominated the world with their gentle stride. Mudlobos carried logs from the mountains down to the depots, for Dirtlobos to take to the mills and Roadlobos to take planks to the cities, on the roads that the Quarrylobos patiently paved for Lobokind to tread on, tile by tile. There was no need for people to own another vehicle. Wherever a LoBus couldn't take people, they could reach by feet. Circuits were populated by Racelobos, the fastest of the fast. The law was enforced by the Launchlobos (AKA ICBM Lobo), whose motto was //"Mercy to the guilty is cruelty to the innocent."// Whatever the job, a Lobo could do, and Life was peaceful, though the Lobos were hungry, the resources and space were forever abundant, leading to sparse colonization of the mainland.
 +
+Thus, venturing beyond Gapa was seen as a fruitless, needlessly ambitious endeavour, best left to a few madmen in Amphilobos. It is said that these outcasts crossed the high seas and arrived at Jeju, where they slowly degenerated from their communal, easygoing roots into an individualistic and selfish society of greedy and high-strung specialists for whom Lobo was never enough, they always seeked more profits, more performance, thus they created new, profane vehicles based on the basic operating principles of the Lobo to fulfill their twisted desires, such as individual transport to elevate themselves over the rest, giving way first to Eliza, then Nimo. Jeju was quickly overrun by the capitalists, who industrialized it to its limit, leaving it little space for further development.
 +
+It was this ambition that led these industrialist pagans to return to the cradle of their "civilization", this time in "boats", as they called the type of craft which inherited the Amphilobo's capability to sail the seas yet couldn't exit from them. Invading Gapa for its obscene abundance of resources and space to develop more industry, the barbarians attempted to impose their strength on the mainland, but were valiantly resisted by the ICBM Lobos and Armorlobos. Retreating from the war, they tried to win in fair, peacetime competition instead, but Gapa never wanted much to do with the islanders' alien vehicles, for whom society was not made, and Jeju saw Gapa's Lobos as obsolete scrap.
 +
+The war had gone from hot to cold, then frozen solid. To break the stalemate, the Jeju Islanders turned to more backhanded methods of cloak and dagger to weaken the prosperous reign of Lobo. It was they who invented the myth that crude oil was a scarce and valuable resource that Lobos were carelessly chugging away, to drive sales of more "fuel-efficient" vehicles they happened to make. It was they who portrayed Lobo as the vehicle of the dirty, uneducated and violent masses in media, so that people would try to be seen arriving in a fancy Raton or a Monarch, and not the LoBus. They slowly convinced the Gapans that more and more, each and every day, it wasn't enough anymore to be "good enough" at everything, and to keep up with the times, one would need to be "the best".
 +
+They eroded the morals of Gapa until the Mandate of Heaven was lost and Lobos fell from grace, slowly displaced from every single job by other, more "practical" vehicles. Today, parts for Lobos to fill the roles they once filled are not produced anymore, the factories for 1000-hp engines and offroad tires driven out of business by Jejuan corporations and Gangjung triads. Lobo only survives as a curious trinket of days past, reduced to the depths of its potential - pulling trailers with raw materials out of Gapa, into Jeju where they are turned into complex goods which the Jejuans sell back to Gapans at an incredible markup, keeping them in poverty and eating out of their hands.
