The AseanBank is a state-owned, state-run financial institution that is designed to supplant the base game's banking system.

Every player on the server automatically obtains a savings bank account. Unlike a typical bank account, the player is unable to deposit money directly into their account, instead, they must use the Saving Rate in order to deposit their earnings.

Players accrue interest at regular intervals, and the interest rate depends on their online status.

The bank issues flat-fee loans with no maturity period. The fee is incurred upon the loan's issuance. A proportion of the player's future incomes are then deducted based on their Loan Utilisation Ratio.
